HYDRAULIC PISTON LIFTS

 

 

 The lifting system using hydraulic piston is worldwide recognized to be the simplest, most efficient and extremely prctical one. Widely used in the United States as well as in many other Countries, the hydraulic Piston Lift, thanks to its specific techinical features, has no rival in terms of easy functioning, no need of important maintenance and it has extraordinary long life allowing at the same time good utilisation of the working areas.
The Piston Lift is therefore the best vehicle lifting system for Service Stations, Grages and, last but not least, for the Carbody Repair Shops, not only for lifting the car to a confortable height but also for the straightening benches.

The Company EMANUEL, wich has been designing and manufacturing Piston Lifts for decades (see the black and white pictures of this catalog) is now the first Company in Italy to have re-designed and manufatured the Piston Lifts according to the CE – European Security Lows.

The line of Piston Lifts, covering a capacity range from 2500 to 6000 Kg is therefore available in two different series, traditional (semi-hydraulically operated) and CE approved, (fully hydraulically operated). Both series are available with H-beam, platforms and articulated arms (normal or telescopic).

FULLY HYDRAULIC VERSION

This version is un upgrading of the previus one and allows the use of the lift in any working situation where an exact control of the lifting height (like in the straightening beches for carbody shps) is requested. In fact, in this version, the compressed air presses the oil contained in a separate oil tank, and therefore the lifting working is purely hydraulic.
The oil tank is connected to the piston by means of metallic pipes and, in compliance with the CE- standards, the hydraulic safety valves are mounted fect actioning of the lift to any desidered position in total security.
All lifts of this series are equipped with anti-rotating devices.
The piston lifts of both series can be supllied, on request, with hard chromium-plated pistons.

HYDRO PNEUMATIC VERSION

The most traditional version of this range is the hydro-pneumatic one, wich is operated by means of compressed air, pressing the oil contained in the piston itself. Most useful for washing plants and service stations, this version has the essential advantages of being economic, practical, simple to be installed, and requires no maintenance. Equipped with most modern sfety devices, such as control valves on the pneumatic line, safety blocking top on the control panel, “dead man” pushbotton on the control panel.
