CONSTRUCTIVE FEATURES

  • Innovatine equilibration system that guarantee the perfect alignment of the platform, independently of the position and the load concentration, without the use of any trasmission unit between the columns (torsion bears, box gear, final drive).

    SAFETY FEATURES

  • Product certified in conformity with MACHINERY DIRECTIVE 89/392/ECC and strictly conform to the standard EN 1493 and following modifications
  • Special overload control system with immediate equpment stop
  • Constant progressive graphic on LCD display, showing the lifting height of each individual column.
  • Automatic trouble diagnosis displaying the operator status and fault.
  • Programmed compulsory maintenance with restoration by means of a secret variable code number.

 

CROSS-BEAM FREE ELECTRO-MECHANICAL LIFTS

The lifts of the series SMN represent the highest technologic innovation and most advanced equipment in the field of platform lifts. Besides the same outstanding technical and safety features of the series SM, they have the following peculiarities:

  • Extreme easy access to all mechanic component of the lifted vehicle
  • Incomparable freedom of movement for the operators, thanks to the special design wich totally avoids cross-beams and any other component between or under the platforms;the access ramps are integrated in the platforms and do not create obstacle on the floor
  • The lifts SMN 80 is the only one of its category with a minimum platform hieght of 130 cm only from the ground.
